Create a Legacy for James Lenox House

Many people have expressed their love and gratitude to James Lenox House by including us in their long-term financial plans. Bequests, charitable trusts and other deferred gifts help us provide support for our residents today and for many years to come. In some instances, the tax savings allow a larger gift than would otherwise be possible.

The easiest and most traditional way of supporting our mission is through a bequest. Simply name James Lenox House as a beneficiary of a set dollar amount or a percentage of your estate. If you already have a will, your attorney can add a codicil to ensure that your wishes are followed without making a new will.

Below are several examples of ways to include James Lenox House in your planned giving. Discussions with your family and your attorney or other professional advisors can help you decide which provisions would best fit your circumstances.

  •  Make a Specific Bequest

  •  Leave a Percentage or Residue

  •  Create a Trust Arrangement

  •  Use Tax-Deferred Retirement Plans

  •  Consider Either an Unrestricted or a Designated Gift
